Three Nassau Community College women's soccer team members earned Region XV All-Region honors for the 2023 season.
Sophomores
Molly Devine and
Shyann Parker graced the All-Region First-Team, while freshman
Angely Delgado Perez landed on the Second-Team.
Devine – a First-Team honoree for the second-straight year – made eight appearances and tallied four goals, three assists, and 11 points on the season.
Parker went for four goals, one assist, and nine points in six appearances and was NCC's Sportsmanship Team selection.
Delgado Perez led the Lions in goals (5) and points (13) this season and was tied for first with three assists.
The women's soccer team posted a 3-4-0 regular-season record and qualified for the Region XV Tournament as the fourth seed. They lost to top-seeded Queensborough Community College, 5-0, in the quarterfinals on Saturday, Oct. 21.
