The Lions traveled to Messiah University in Mecanicsburg, Pennsylvania for the Messiah Open. At this tournament the Lions came out with another strong performance with four wrestlers finishing in the top 4 places per their weight class with one champion. The top place finishers from the Lions are as follows: 

• Kevin Lopez - 2^nd Place- 125 lbs.
• Joseph Petrone - 3^rd Place- 125 lbs.
• Ryan Paladino - 4^th Place 133 lbs.
• Kristopher Ketchum - 1^st Place 149 lbs.
• Patrick Ancewicz - 7^th Place 285 lbs.

The Lions now focus their efforts towards the District Championships taking place on February 18th here at Nassau.
