As an NCC Track & Field alumna, Coach Bradshaw returns to the very program where her journey as a student-athlete first began. Now, with decades of experience behind her, she steps back onto the track, this time to build the next generation of champions.
With over 33 years in sport performance, health, and wellness, Bradshaw brings unmatched energy and expertise to this new chapter. She has spent 18 years coaching high school track & field at Sacred Heart Academy and Holy Trinity Diocesan High School, where she’s currently in her 10th year as Head Boys Track & Field Coach. Under her leadership, athletes have earned state titles, national rankings, and All-American honors.
Coach Bradshaw holds an M.A. in Exercise Physiology from Adelphi University, B.S. in Exercise Science, Central Connecticut State University, and A.S from NCC. She is also certified CFSC2, FMS, USAW, USATF, and Precision Nutrition. As Co-Owner of BPFITcoaching, she has trained athletes across all levels and walks of life — from middle school to professionals and adult endurance athletes.
As a certified speed coach, Bradshaw designs training that develops explosive speed, strength, and movement efficiency, all aimed at giving athletes a true competitive edge. Her programming emphasizes performance-driven development, resilience, and long-term success, preparing athletes not only to reach their goals but to rise above the competition.
As a professional in the field and a mother of five former student-athletes, Bradshaw coaches with a unique blend of technical expertise and lived experience. She prides herself on developing the whole athlete , nurturing physical performance, mindset, confidence, and character.
