Previous Experience: Head Coach at Concordia College from 1998-2002 (60-25-6). While he was coach, the NSCAA ranked his team 21st in the Nation in 1999 and 17th in 2000.
He was also the Head Coach PDL Team for the Long Island Rough Riders Professional Soccer Club. He successfully coached 15 future MLS and Professional International Players.
Fish has been the Nassau CC Head Coach since 2004 (285-61-9). During his tenure thus far he was named 2015 National Coach of the Year, and Region 15 Coach of the Year - 11 Times. His teams have gotten to the National Final Four - 10 Times and were 2015 National Champions. He has coached over 100 All-Region team players and 20+ All-Americans. Overall 75% of his student-athletes move on to 4 year colleges.
