(Buffalo, NY) On Saturday, the Men's Football Team traveled to Buffalo, New York to play Erie Community College in their last regular season game of 2018. In typical Upstate New York fashion, the weather was cold and windy adding yet another element to the final game.

In the first quarter,
Rashad Tucker had a 42-yard touchdown run to put the Lions up 7-0. Before the first half was over,
Jeremiah Nelson scored the Lions second touchdown, putting them up 14-0 going into halftime.Â

As the second half progressed, the Lions continued to keep Erie scoreless.
Jude Innocent completed a 20-yard run good for a touchdown to extend the Lions lead even further. Erie scored in the final hour of the 4th quarter, but Nelson made his second run of the day, a 56-yard run, to put the Lions completely out of reach. NCC captured the victory 28-7.Â

Outstanding players of the game were Tucker with 141 yards rushing and 1 touchdown, while Nelson finished with 108 yards and 2 touchdowns. Key interceptions were made by Mike Brooks, Dave Orduson and
Vincent Winey that helped propel the Lions forward.
Tavon Joseph also contributed with 2 sacks.
