The Lions headed into Brooklyn to face the Kingsborough Wave. The Lions looked to secure their second victory of the season as the Wave had looked to bounce back after a tough season opener loss against Queensborough. The game started with the Lions shutting down the Wave offense at every turn meanwhile the offense had come out strong as the haltime score was 45-9 with the Lions in the lead. In the second half the Lions offense had begun to slow down however their defense remained solid. The Lions rode out their comfortable halftime lead to victory as they posted their second victory of the season at a score of 69-29. four out of the Lions starting five managed to score in the double digits with
