The Lions hosted the Bronx Broncos for a Thursday night matchup. The Broncos who entered the game having lost their last three games look to turn things around while the Lions looked for their third straight victory. The Lions started the game aggressive and although it seemed the Broncos could manage it and keep up in scoring the Lions were relentless constantly attacking the paint for layups or getting sent to the free throw line. The Lions would enter halftime with a lead as the score was 40-30. The second half saw the Broncos able to be more successful than their first half efforts on the offensive however the Lions were able to keep pace and maintain their lead with the Lions winning their third game in a row by a score of 74-62. Shabue Mosley who recorded a double-double with 16 points, 12 rebounds, as well as three steals and blocks.
Keyshawn Kennedy also recorded a double-double with 17 points, 10 rebounds as well as five steals and three blocks. The Lions top scoring performance came from
