How it happened
- Zabransky's 28-yard field goal at 7:45 of the first quarter gave the Lions an early 3-0 lead.
- The guests went ahead 10-0 at 3:27 of the second quarter when Rodriguez scored off of a 66-yard interception.
- An Erie field goal with 12 seconds remaining in the first half ensured the Lions took a 10-3 lead into halftime.
- A 39-yard field goal off the foot of Zabransky gave NCC a 10-point lead (13-3) 3:15 into the second half.
- In the fourth quarter, Mottas scored via a 32-yard pass at 14:52 (20-3) and freshman Damon Ennett capped off the afternoon's scoring when he returned a 52-yard interception for a touchdown (27-3).

- NCC totaled 76 net rushing yards and 81 net passing yards.
