The 2024 women's volleyball season has come to an end in the first round of the NJCAA Championship, finishing the season with a 19-3 overall record. This was the best season for Nassau since 2018, the last time the team made the NJCAA Championship and finished 28-14 overall. The Lions entered the championship as the #9 seed, and lost 3-0 to #8 Owens Community College. In the consolation round, Nassau fell to #16 Harrisburg Area Community College.
In his first season as head coach, Christopher Harkins led the Lions to an undefeated conference record, and Region XV Champions. Nassau opened the season on a 13 game win streak, before dropping a non-conference match against Division I opponent Monroe University.
Nassau dominated in the Region XV Championship, defeating Rockland Community College, Ducthess Community College, and Monroe University-Bronx. As a result of their strong performance, Nassau took home the following Region XV recognition:

Region XV Defensive Player of the Year: Allison Salinas
First-Team All-Region: Sarah Kollarik & Elizabeth Wagner
