The Nassau Lions are proud to host the 2025 Nassau Open, an exciting open wrestling tournament that brings together collegiate and independent wrestlers from across the region. Held at Nassau Community College, this event is set to deliver a full day of intense matchups and high-level competition.

103, 110, 117, 124, 131, 138, 145, 160, 180, 207, 235

Event Format and Rules

• Wrestling begins promptly at 9:00 AM

• Matches follow NCAA rules

• Match structure: 3-2-2 minute periods

• Riding time will be scored

• Double elimination brackets

• No team scores will be kept

Entry Fees

• $50 per individual wrestler

• $500 per team (11 to 15 wrestlers)
