Nassau Men's Golf Opens Season at Spook Rock Golf Course

The Nassau Community College Men's Golf team kicked off their 2025 season on Wednesday, April 9th, competing in their first Region XV match at Spook Rock Golf Course in Suffern, NY. The outing was hosted by Rockland Community College and featured teams from across the region.

Representing Nassau were sophomores Vincent Disclafani and Matthew Emmett, alongside freshmen Conor Mylett and Thomas Wildeman. Disclafani led the way for the Lions, carding a outing-low score of 83, with Nassau finishing the day with a combined team total of 379.

Despite a solid opening effort, the Lions were edged out by SUNY Orange, who posted a consistent performance across their lineup to take first place with a team score of 356.
