The Nassau Community College men's soccer team delivered its most dominant performance of the season, defeating Bronx Community College 10-0 on Tuesday afternoon at Mitchel Field. The Lions showcased their offensive depth with 10 goals from nine different players, and completed their second shutout of the season. Nassau improves to 4-2 in Region XV play, continuing to climb up the standings.
How It Happened
	- First Half: The Lions overwhelmed Bronx early with eight goals before halftime. Jeremy Ramos opened the scoring in the 10th minute off an assist from Alexis Gomez. Gomez then converted a penalty kick in the 24th to double the lead. Moments later, Juan Sanchez De Los buried a chance in the 27th minute, followed by Kevin Courtois finishing a setup from Cristhian Ramos Mons in the 29th. Just seconds after entering, Brandy Balde pounced on a loose ball for Nassau's fifth goal. Ramos added his second in the 33rd minute, and Christian Cabrera made it 7-0 in the 38th after a pass from Ramos. Makhai Noel capped the half with a strike in the 41st minute to put Nassau ahead 8-0.
- Second Half: Nassau added two more goals after the break to complete the rout. Mauricio Mejia scored in the 51st minute off an assist from Ajani Campbell, then Campbell tallied one of his own in the 57th minute assisted by Mejia. The Lions closed out the match controlling possession and outshooting Bronx 26-3.
