Coach Andrew Hodge brings over a decade of experience in youth development, combining his expertise in coaching and training athletes to his role as the Linebackers Coach at Nassau Community College. 

Coach Hodge's college football journey began at American International College (AIC), then transferred to Nassau Community College, and completed his studies at LIU Post. This well-traveled path provided him with knowledge and diverse perspectives on the game.

A native of Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Long Island, Coach Hodge attended Half Hollow Hills West, where he first developed his love for football. His roots in the Long Island area have deepened his connection to the local community, which he continues to serve as a teacher at Wyandanch Elementary School in addition to his coaching responsibilities.

Coach Hodge's approach to coaching is encapsulated by his favorite quote, “It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish.” This philosophy reflects his belief in the importance of perseverance and resilience, qualities he instills in his players as they strive for excellence both on the field and in their personal lives.
