Coach Chris Tempone returns to the Nassau Community College Men’s Lacrosse program as Assistant Coach and Recruiter.
Entering his 12th season at the college level, Coach Tempone’s journey began as Assistant Coach at ASA Community College followed by stints at Nassau and Hofstra Men’s Club Lacrosse.
Coach Tempone also had pivotal roles in launching the Men’s Lacrosse programs at ASA Community College and the University of Bridgeport.
During this time, Coach Tempone also served as Head Coach for ASA Community College and the Hofstra Men’s Club lacrosse program.
In the community, Coach Tempone has over 15 years of experience with multiple Club and PAL programs as well as Director for the True LI Recon Lacrosse program.
As a player, Coach Tempone was a National Champion at Nassau back in 1997 as a midfielder and earned All-League honors on Attack when he transferred to CW Post University.
