The 2024-25 men's basketball team ended the season with a 14-10 overall record and 11-7 in Region XV conference play. Several Nassau players were recognized for their exceptional performances throughout the season. Here are the key award winners from Nassau Community College:

Sophomore, Guard - Howard led Nassau in points, assists, and steals. He averaged 20.2 points per game, and totaled 126 assists with 71 steals. He scored a double-double with 16 points and 10 assists against Kingsborough, and a triple-double with 15 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists against Suffolk. He scored double-digit points in 23 out of 24 games. His season high was 37 points against Bronx.

Sophomore, Guard - Walsh led Nassau in 3-pointers made with 60; he shot .48% from behind the arc. Walsh averaged 15.7 points and totaled 83 rebounds, 42 assists, and 38 steals. He scored 4+ three-pointers in seven games

Sophomore, Guard - Johnston averaged 5.5 points and 3.8 rebounds. He totaled 28 steals and 24 assists. His season high was 16 points against Kingsborough.
