Kirina Azemar Named NJCAA All-American Honorable Mention

Nassau Community College women's basketball player Kirina Azemar was named a NJCAA All-American Honorable Mention for the 2024-25 season. Azemar was named to the Region XV First Team All-Region after leading Nassau through the regular season into the conference playoffs, and was named to the Region XV All-Tournament team. Azemar finished the season averaging 31.2 points per game, leading the country across NJCAA Division III. On February 1st, she scored 52 points against Dutchess Community College, setting a new school record according to Nassau's online statistics dating back to 2012.
